Moon discovered yoga whilst working as a model and realised that the practice brought a profound balance in her life. She decided she wanted to help people find their balance and started her journey into the wellness industry in Bali, Indonesia under the renownd Pushpa. She specialises in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, combining traditional flows, modern fitness practices, meditation and breath work to create innovative and fun classes. She strives to create a supportive atmosphere where students feel excited to challenge themselves and are able to find their own unique form of yoga.
Then whilst working as a children's instructor she saw first hand how Yoga benifits little ones and she furthered her training at The Childrens Yoga Tree. This has been an inspirtional new direction for Moon, she hass watched how beautifully Yoga gives childrens the confidence, creativity, focus, and balence to deal with social and accidemic pressure.
