Each day of the retreat promises surprises, as we believe in the magic of going with the flow. But what we promise is inspiring Yoga under the open sky, delight for your taste buds with sea side food experiences, wanderings in oak forests, swims in secret bays and starlight rituals.
All to aline your body, mind and soul in an intimate and enriching wellness journey.
CASTELL DE SANT ELM
Our home for the retreat will be this beautiful 13th Centry castle based just above the rural fishing village of Sant Elm.
With views overlooking the sea, the venue is just a stones throw from the sandy beach of Sant Elm and other secluded bays, all within walking distance.
Located in the South West corner of Mallorca, the village is undeveloped and the coastline unspoilt.
We will hike with local knowledge to scenic lookouts, sunset spots and our favoute cliff jumps (if you dare!). Along side offering free time for you to enjoy a cafe con leche at the bakery, browse the little shops or venture further to Palma and beyond!
YOGA
Moon's dynamic and inspiring yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed to challenge your body whilst connecting to the power of your soulshine.
You will flow with your energy in classes that range from invigorating Vinyasa Flows, designed to awaken your spirit, to grounding Restorative practices for deep tranquility. With moments of breathwork and guided meditation, helping you find inner balance.
Explore the art of inversion during a fun workshop, where you will discover new dimensions of strength and flexibility. Immerse yourself in a cacao ceremony, a sacred ritual that deepens your connection to self and others. And for those seeking a burst of full-body fitness, a Bootcamp beach morning is in store!
FOOD
Skye will be carefully designing meals with love and consideration, delivering dining experiences that will inspire you and redefine your ideas of vegetarian cooking .
Focussing on gut health and maximising the seasonal produce, our menu of plant forward, wholesome food means lots of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, spices and a fusion of Mediterranean flavours across alfresco mealtime spreads.
Skye, who is also a Nutritional Therapist, will be hosting a workshop on ‘what and how to eat this summer for optimal health’ and will be offering the opportunity for one-to-one nutrition consultations.
This is not a detox or weight loss retreat but food will be seriously nutritious, tasty and overwhelmingly satisfying.

This is an inclusive retreat, open for all no matter your age or experience, just bring an open mind and heart.
The bedrooms all have 2 single beds and are ensuite, making them ideal for joining with a friend or the perfect opportunity to make a new connection.
